His leadership prowess is deeply rooted in his illustrious career as a Welsh International and Professional Rugby Player. Having played at the pinnacle of the sport, he truly understands the essence of success, teamwork, commitment, and enjoyment, and brings these principles into the world of business.

In addition to his business responsibilities, Andrew is an accomplished TV Rugby Pundit and Commentator for several prominent networks including BBC, S4C, Sky TV's subscription channel Premier Sports, and Amazon Prime Sport. His valuable insights and analysis have made him a sought-after pundit in the rugby world.

Andrew is also the joint owner of Coombs Contractors LTD, a construction company that offers primarily Hoarding, Fencing, and Landscaping services to new home builders across Wales and the South West of England. For 9 years, Coombs Contractors has been delivering exceptional service, marking Andrew's first venture into the business world.

Now, as the Managing Director at BridgeStone Group, Andrew brings his vast experience, leadership skills, and unwavering dedication to excellence.
