Managing Director

Rob has worked in the recruitment industry for the last 14 years, with the last 9 years as part of the Smart Solutions Group.

Rob has formed part of Smart’s Senior Management team for the last few years and has experience in managing operations across multiple sectors. With a background in construction sales, and with over a decade’s experience sitting directly in the construction recruitment sector, Rob’s hands on experience have provided the perfect platform to form Bridgestone Group with the rest of the leadership team.

Along with his extensive recruitment experience, Rob brings a passion for the construction industry and a network of industry relationships to add value to Bridgestone’s operations for both clients and candidates. Responsible for delivering contingent, contract and permanent recruitment solutions to Bridgestone’s clients, Rob’s industry expertise makes him a great fit to provide consultative guidance to key stakeholders and contractors.
